Dr. Watkins and Dr. Emdin respond to the recent report that one child per day is arrested in New York City public schools and 93% of those kids are black or brown.  The conversation (the audio is a bit choppy, but we’re working on that) focuses on black kids in the school system and why they are more likely to be punished by teachers.
