DJ Beverly Bond Speaks About her Program “Black Girls Rock”

She is the founder, CEO and executive producer of the program, which is dedicated to empowering women of color across the globe and counter the negative images of how women, especially Black women, were being portrayed in the media. Black Girls Rock will take the stage this Sunday, Nov. 6 on with its second annual awards show and special on BET.
